Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ilmora.com (the “Site”), operated by Ilmora Technologies, Inc. (“Ilmora,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, registering for an event, or downloading materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to it.

These Terms govern the Site only. Ilmora's professional services — consulting, engineering, delivery, support — are provided exclusively under separately executed agreements: a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statements of Work (SOWs), and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. In any conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the executed agreements prevail for the services they cover.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement exists until both parties execute a written agreement.

The Site is intended for business users aged 16 or older. When you submit information through consultation, contact, application, or registration forms, you agree to provide accurate, current information and not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization. We may decline, or discontinue responding to, inquiries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or automated.

The Site and all content on it — text, graphics, logos, the Ilmora name and wordmark, designs, page layouts, code samples, whitepapers, and research summaries — are owned by Ilmora or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site and to download materials we expressly make available, for your internal business evaluation only.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content commercially;
• Use the Ilmora name, logo, or trademarks to imply endorsement;
• Remove copyright or attribution notices from downloaded materials.

Open-source software we publish is licensed under the terms stated in each repository, which govern that software exclusively.

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent its security measures other than under a coordinated disclosure (see Section 6);
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or personal data, including for training machine-learning models, except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• Introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation or availability;
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material through our forms;
• Use the Site in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

We may suspend or block access that violates this section.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Site, report it to info@ilmoratechnologies.inwith the subject “Security disclosure.” We commit to acknowledging reports within two business days and will not pursue legal action for good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption, and that gives us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including partner platforms and our repositories on external services. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, and linking does not imply partnership beyond what we expressly state.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Content on the Site — including case studies, benchmarks, pricing anchors, and research summaries — is provided for general information, reflects the engagements and conditions described, and does not constitute a guarantee of results, professional advice, or a binding offer.

Client outcomes described on the Site are specific to those engagements; your results will depend on your systems, data, and organization.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ILMORA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability in connection with professional services is governed solely by the applicable MSA.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ilmora from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third party's rights in material you submit to us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date; material changes will be signposted prominently. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
