ERP & CRM Solutions
Implementation, integration, and AI enrichment for SAP, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce — enterprise platforms that fit your operation instead of fighting it.
Overview
Why it matters
ERP and CRM platforms run the corporate nervous system — finance, supply chain, sales, service — and their failure statistics are infamous: analyst research has long put the share of ERP programs that overrun budgets or miss their business case at more than half. The causes are rarely the software. They are over-customization that turns every upgrade into a project, data migrated dirty, integrations bolted on ad hoc, and change management treated as a training video in week eleven.
We deliver these platforms the disciplined way. Clean-core configuration first: the platform's standard processes adopted where they're genuinely best practice, extensions built properly (SAP BTP side-by-side extensions, Power Platform, Salesforce platform patterns) where your differentiation demands them — never core modifications that mortgage every future upgrade. Data migration is engineered as its own workstream with profiling, cleansing rules, and rehearsed reconciliation. Integration runs through a governed layer, not point-to-point improvisation.
And because these platforms are now AI surfaces, we build the enrichment layer others bolt on later: document automation feeding the ERP, AI-assisted forecasting and lead scoring in the CRM, copilot-style assistants grounded in your business data, and agents that work exceptions across both. Your ERP/CRM stops being where data goes to be typed — and becomes where decisions get made.
Business challenges
The problems this practice exists to solve
Implementations that overrun and underdeliver
Multi-year programs, budgets doubled, and a go-live that traded old problems for new ones. Most ERP failure modes are known in advance — and avoidable with honest scoping and phasing.
Customization debt from the last implementation
Hundreds of core modifications nobody documented, making every upgrade a six-month regression project — and blocking the vendor's roadmap (and its AI features) indefinitely.
ERP and CRM that don't talk
Quotes in the CRM that don't match ERP pricing, orders re-keyed between systems, and a customer 360 that is actually a customer 220 — the integration gap taxes every process crossing it.
A CRM full of stale, distrusted data
Sales logs the minimum, duplicates multiply, pipeline reviews run on optimism — and the platform your forecast depends on reflects neither customers nor reality.
Our solution
How we engineer it
Scope honestly, phase ruthlessly. We start with a process baseline mapped against the platform's standard capabilities, an explicit fit-gap with a decision rule — adopt standard unless the gap is genuinely differentiating — and a phased rollout plan (by module, region, or entity) with rehearsed cutovers, instead of a big-bang bet on one weekend. Every customization surviving fit-gap is built as a proper extension on the platform's supported extensibility surface, keeping the core clean and the upgrade path open.
Data and integration get engineering rigor, because they sink more programs than configuration ever does. Migration runs as a dedicated workstream: profiling to find what's actually in the legacy data, cleansing and deduplication rules agreed with data owners, multiple full-volume rehearsal loads, and reconciliation reports your finance team signs before go-live. Integration flows through a governed layer (SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft) with monitored, versioned, contract-tested interfaces — CRM-to-ERP quote-to-cash included, so the customer and the money finally agree.
Adoption and intelligence make the investment pay. Change management starts at design (process owners co-design their workflows, so go-live isn't a surprise), and post-go-live we run hypercare with adoption analytics, fixing friction while habits form. Then the AI layer: invoice and order document automation feeding the ERP, forecasting and lead-scoring models in the CRM trained on your actuals, and grounded assistants that let users query and act on business data conversationally. The platforms most enterprises use as expensive databases become, at that point, operating leverage.
Capabilities
What erp & crm solutions covers
Implementation & rollout
Fit-gap-driven S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce implementations with clean-core discipline, phased cutovers, and business-owned process design.
Migration & re-implementation
ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions, legacy CRM consolidations, and org merges — with data workstreams, rehearsal loads, and reconciliation that finance signs off.
Extension development
Side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP, Power Platform apps and flows, and Salesforce platform development — differentiation without core modification.
Integration architecture
Governed integration layers connecting ERP, CRM, e-commerce, WMS, and data platforms — versioned contracts, monitoring, and quote-to-cash that reconciles.
AI enrichment
Document automation into the ERP, forecasting and scoring models in the CRM, grounded copilots over business data, and exception-working agents across both.
Managed evolution
Post-go-live optimization, release management for the platforms' continuous updates, adoption analytics, and a roadmap function that keeps the estate current.

Implementation process
Five stages. No surprises.
A delivery model refined over 250+ engagements — sequenced so leadership gets visibility and your teams get momentum.
Baseline & fit-gap
Current-state process mapping against platform standard capabilities, an explicit adopt/extend decision per gap, and a phased roadmap with honest budget ranges.
Design & data readiness
Business-owned process design, clean-core solution architecture, and the data workstream launched early: profiling, cleansing rules, and migration tooling.
Build & integrate
Configuration and extension sprints with process-owner demos, the governed integration layer stood up, and migration rehearsal loads running on cadence.
Cutover & hypercare
Rehearsed cutover with reconciliation sign-offs, then hypercare with daily triage, adoption analytics, and rapid friction fixes while habits form.
Optimize & enrich
Release management for continuous platform updates, process optimization from usage data, and the AI layer — document automation, forecasting, copilots — phased in.
Use cases
Where enterprises apply it
ECC to S/4HANA migration
Conversion or selective re-implementation ahead of the 2027 maintenance horizon — with custom-code remediation and a clean-core target state.
Quote-to-cash unification
Salesforce CPQ to ERP order, billing, and revenue integration — one price book, no re-keying, and a forecast finance believes.
Multi-entity CRM consolidation
Merging acquired companies' CRM orgs into one platform with deduplicated accounts, unified pipeline stages, and preserved history.
Service operations transformation
Case management, field service scheduling, and knowledge integration on Dynamics or Salesforce Service Cloud — with AI triage in front.
Finance process automation
AP document automation, intercompany reconciliation, and close acceleration built onto the ERP rather than around it.
CRM intelligence layer
Lead scoring, churn-risk models, and next-best-action trained on your actuals — embedded in seller workflows, not in a separate tab.
Outcomes
Results clients report to their boards
